After joining the team in 2018, Dr. Campo now guides EnTrust as its Managing Director. Dr. Campo brought EnTrust 25 years of entrepreneurship and business experience, including 15 years as an investment banker. Dr. Campo received his Doctorate in Public Policy Analysis / Economics from the University of Illinois in Chicago.

Project Developer

Kalyn Bruce joined the ECM team in 2018 bringing her previous banking experience to assist in growing the financial relationships of EnTrust’s portfolio. Mrs. Bruce has been instrumental in assisting Dr. Campo to raise $70 million dollars in conventional and unconventional financing. Mrs. Bruce manages both the maintenance and verification of the operating solar projects and manages projects currently under construction.

Project Development Representative

Spencer joined the EnTrust Solar Development team in 2023, assisting the team in generating awareness of EnTrust’s operations and consulting with potential and existing partners on the construction, installation, and ongoing maintenance of arrays.

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Blake, a former educator, began his journey in renewables in 1973 when he owned and operated an energy products store for nine years. In 2000, he formed Solar Usage Now to address the demands of the commercial thermal solar market. He founded EnTrust, LLC, and in 2020 Entrust Capital Management (ECM) was formed as a financial and investment vehicle to monetize the many benefits of solar energy for investors.

Portfolio Manager

Mr. Davis has over 20 years of diverse portfolio management experience, which includes managing professional securities as a licensed Senior Investment Portfolio Manager, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios for high-net-worth individuals, institutions, 401(k), 403(b) plan sponsors, and 501(c)3 non-profit organizations. Mr. Davis received his M.B.A. from Cleveland State University and his B.A. Business Administration from the University of Akron.

Tod joined the EnTrust team as a former superintendent for the Liberty Center School District in Liberty Center, Ohio. Tod works to assist the team in generating awareness of EnTrust’s operations and consulting with potential and existing partners on the construction, installation, and ongoing maintenance of arrays.
